• Youth Submit: open to gifted and talented students of grade 4-12 from countries that are members of APF-WCGTC
• Call for Papers: Abstract between 200 and 250 words in English
• Important Dates:
  Closing date for abstracts submission: Wednesday, January 2, 2008
  Notification of acceptance of abstract: Wednesday, February 20, 2008
  All speakers must be registered: Wednesday, March 26, 2008
  Full paper submission including in the conference CD-Rom: Thursday, April 10, 2008
